2.  Integrated Pain Solutions in Pinehurst, NC (sign up for a group of lessons).

Group lessons at FirstHealth Center for Health and Fitness in Pinehurst, NC are offered free to members of the Pinehurst facility. Non-members may purchase day passes at the front desk to attend TCC instruction and use the gym's facilities for $99/10 visits, or daily at $15 per individual, or $10 for an individual accompanied by a member.

Future group sessions at the Integrated Pain Solutions location at 165 Turnberry Way, Pinehurst, NC 28374 will be conducted when there are enough candidates to justify a group session (8 to 10 participants).  If you are interested in a Tuesday afternoon training package (either 1:30 PM or 5:30 PM) sign up at IPS or send me an e-mail with your contact information.  When we have accumulated enough candidates, I will contact everyone and schedule the facility for our use.  Individual rates for participation in these group sessions are listed in the Sandhills Area Training Section of this web site.

Group lessons at other sites: $150 per session plus travel expenses, negotiable for contracted recurring sessions.

Group multi day programs, $1,000 to $2,500 depending on sessions number and content.  Consider for retreats, conferences, rewards programs.

Rates for Private Lessons (1 or 2 people)

One hour lessons.
Individual private lessons, Remote Site:  $100 per session.

Package rate:  $500 for initial instruction in all T'ai Chi Chih movements.  Approximately 6-8 hours of instruction and practice sessions delivered in 1 to 4 sessions.  May be scheduled for one day, consecutive days, or over a period of 4 weeks.  Payment due at initial lesson.  Includes instructional DVD.  Rates are based on delivery in Whispering Pines, NC, or at your location in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. 

Rate applies for remote sites plus travel time ($75 per hour) and expenses.
